Before founding LIBERFIN d.o.o., Vedran worked for two leading banks in Croatia from 2007 to 2015. During that time, he gained important experience in financial counselling for small and medium enterprises. He worked in sales and acquisition, risk assessment, managing and financing investment projects, client counselling for activities related to grants, business restructuring and pre-bankruptcy settlements.
His experience as a team manager in corporate environment secured him a great knowledge in different jobs in finances focusing on financial and credit analysis, risk assessment, business control mechanisms and accounting management.
Vedran graduated in 2007 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, specializing in Accounting. In 2015 he completed the Risk Academy, risk assessment studies, as a part of prestigious Italian international university SDA Bocconi.
In 2016 Vedran became a Certified controller through a programme organised by Mladen Meter from Poslovna učinkovitost. The programme was certified by the International Group of Controlling (IGC).

Before he founded LIBERFIN d.o.o., Goran worked in two leading banks in Croatia where he gained more than 6 years of experience in working as a Business Relations Manager, Team Manager and Sales Director. Besides having worked in the banking industry, Goran also worked on the development and management of projects in the private sector.
He uses his experience in leadership positions in the corporate environment to counsel clients in the management of finances and further development of business organization. Goran’s main skills are in structuring business transactions, project financing, increasing the share capital, project and business development, preparation and building of business organization.
In 2008 he obtained an MBA diploma at IGBS Zagreb / Kelley School of Business, Indiana University in Finance and Marketing, and before that, he graduated at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb in 2006, specializing in Internal and external trade.

Karmen Đakiv, mag. oec.
Karmen Đakiv, mag. oec.
Karmen graduated at the Faculty of Economics at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek in 2016, specialising in Financial management. She chose finances, knowing what she wanted to do in life at a very young age.
Born in Slavonski Brod, Karmen moved to Zagreb after she graduated. Soon after, she got a job at Liberfin, where she has been working for the past three years. Karmen specialises in accounting and finances.
Her hobby is dancing, and she loves to travel more than anything.
Ines Barać Dumančić, mag. oec.
Ines Barać Dumančić, mag. oec.
Ines graduated at the Faculty of Economics at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek in 2015, specialising in Financial management. During her studies, she recognized finances as an especially interesting area, which is why she chose it as her specialization.
She lived in Osijek until she got the job at Liberfin, where she first did her internship. She has been an employee for 4 years already, specializing in finances and accounting.
In her free time, she likes to read and learn new things.
Matea Strunje, mag. oec.
Matea Strunje, mag. oec.
Matea graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Economics, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University, in Osijek. After finishing her studies, she moved to Zagreb and got a job at Liberfina through professional training.
“It is extremely important to me that I gain my first work experience in a positive and stimulating team of young people and exceptional experts who instill confidence” says Matea.
In her spare time, she likes to travel and hang out with friends.

Monika Poslončec
Monika was born in Osijek, and in 2006 graduated from the Commercial High School. Subsequently, she was educated to work as an independent accountant. She has been working in accounting for 15 years, and joined the Liberfin team in 2020.
