Director & Partner
Vedran is a co-founder of LIBERFIN, driven by his professional passion for numbers and financial analyses.
He began his career in 2007 immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, specializing in Accounting. Vedran gained significant experience working for two leading Croatian banks until 2015.
His expertise lies in financial consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. This includes sales, acquisitions, risk assessment, restructuring, settlement proceedings, and activities related to grants. He has specialized in financial and credit analysis as well as managing accounting operations.
In 2015, Vedran advanced his expertise in risk assessment at Bocconi University in Italy. The following year, he obtained the Certified Controller certification through the International Group of Controlling program.
In his free time he enjoys nature, mountain biking and spending time with friends and family.

Before co-founding LIBERFIN, Goran had already built a solid foundation of experience in finance and accounting.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2006 and earned his MBA from the Kelley School of Business two years later.
Goran held managerial positions in two of Croatia’s largest banks where he led financial management initiatives and drove business development. He now leverages this knowledge and expertise to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals. His specialties include complex financial transactions and finding optimal project financing solutions.
Goran is also a Certified Controller, a designation awarded by the International Group of Controlling.
In his free time, he enjoys socializing, sports, and reading a good book.

Ines graduated in 2015 from the Faculty of Economics at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, specializing in Financial Management. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Zagreb and quickly began her professional career.
She has been with Liberfin since its foundation, and her expertise and enthusiasm make her an invaluable member of the team. Committed to continuous improvement, Ines became a certified Pantheon Accountant in 2021.
In her free time, Ines enjoys relaxing with her family, friends, and a good book. A passionate reader, she’s always ready to share a recommendation!

Karmen graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Economics at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, specializing in Financial Management.
Her passion for finance began in high school, inspiring her to pursue a professional path in this dynamic and challenging field. With several years of experience in accounting and finance, Karmen has enriched her expertise by working on various projects, always aiming to achieve the best results for both clients and the team.
A true team player, Karmen enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with colleagues. In her free time, she loves to relax with family and friends.

Monika, originally from Osijek, has been with us since 2020, bringing with her an impressive 17 years of professional experience.
After completing high school in commercial studies in Osijek, she continued her education and specialization as an independent accountant. In 2023, she earned the title of Tax Specialist through the Experta Business Academy.
She enriches our team with her knowledge, expertise, and resourcefulness. As for her free time, Monika enjoys long walks, coffee with friends, and curling up with a good book.

Katarina is an experienced professional with many years of expertise in both internal and external accounting.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and continuously enhances her knowledge. This commitment to self-improvement is what we appreciate most about Katarina. Driven by a constant desire to learn, she actively contributes to the development of new processes, proposals, and solutions that make our daily work easier and improve the business operations of our clients.

Petra was born in Zagreb and has been working in accounting for over a decade. She has been part of our team since 2023.
In 2016, she completed her professional studies in Economics, specializing in Accounting and Finance at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. She also completed training for independent accountants at RiF. Along with her strong analytical skills, Petra is an excellent communicator, which enables her to quickly and easily establish a collaborative relationship with clients.
In her free time, Petra enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones.

Matea is a Zagreb-based economist, and we are proud to have her as part of our team. She graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and realized that this is the field she wants to pursue in life.
She also successfully completed the advanced course at the RRiF Business Academy for independent accounting and financial management. With her analytical skills and precision, she now successfully manages the complex tasks of our clients.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and has a passion for good music and books.

A young and ambitious professional, Matea successfully graduated in 2024 from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, specializing in Accounting and Auditing.
She joined our team while still a student in the Accounting program. Through her dedication, fast learning, and exceptional work ethic, Matea has proven to be an excellent and invaluable team member. Her analytical skills, precision, and positive attitude make her a pleasant and professional colleague.

Maja is a student of Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, specializing in Finance.
As this is her first job, and especially in her field of study, she sees it as an excellent opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience, while also viewing it as a great perspective for her future development, with clear aspirations to become a financial analyst.
